The hotel is situated in the picturesque neighborhood of Trastevere, which struck a perfect balance between being close to key attractions and enjoying a quieter atmosphere. Our room was pleasantly spacious for two, featuring clean accommodations with nice furnishings and well-ventilated spaces. Each day, we found our beds made and our towels refreshed-a small yet meaningful touch. The availability of satellite programming entertained my children, providing them with familiar shows after our day of exploring. Sonnino Suite caters to families by being conveniently located next to the Tiber River, which allowed us to explore historical sites on foot. the staff was exceptionally helpful, making logistics a breeze. For families with young children, I appreciated the kid-friendly amenities. Families will find this hotel an excellent base to experience the rich history of Rome while feeling at home.
